Yeah. Dick, Steph and Damian broke into Winter's cabin. They found a written version of the rules for our directors.

One of the rules is, "You are required to select three campers to assist with special tasks. It is your responsibility to ensure they carry out their assignments as needed."

So it sounds like we're looking for three people on each team with some kind of special privilege.

[flayn's brow furrows somewhat at that as she thinks that over. if that is the case...]

Do the special assignments vary from team to team, do you think?

The counselor roles do; that's for sure.

[since he is the "safety counselor" and Sanji was the "guidance counselor." who knows what Shadows' counselor does]

But the roles like yours. . . I'm not so sure.

...mine does seem to encompass a... variety of tasks. Perhaps it is meant to make up for the things the counselors cannot do?

It might be. So maybe it's one counselor for each director-- myself the protector, Sanji the seeker, and whoever is working for Shadows the. . . something-- and then two other roles for each counselor to complete extra tasks. Those are the ones sending us notes.

Not the first week. The first week, it was... reviewing.

[she frowns slightly.]

The second, it was darts. That was when I knew, but - I did not know how to communicate it to anyone. Every time I tried, I was stopped... because it would have made it obvious I had a role, I think.

The third week, I was given the opportunity to review again, and send a letter. I was able to have it written anonymously, so it... was allowed, I suppose. [...] But I did not write it. I spoke it.

This week... it was darts, again. I wonder if, perhaps, I will go back to reviewing next week.

What does "reviewing" entail, exactly?

By choosing a person, I could learn their team and with whom they had recently spoken.

I do not know if, should I pick someone with a role, I would learn that. I would... imagine not, since that was...

[there's a fond note in his voice when he mentions Sanji, but it's broken up by the slightest crack. that loss is still so, so fresh]

But it's worth trying, isn't it? Finding someone you think might have a role. . . and reviewing them, just in case?

[she could always test it on him, but since she can't review every week, he fears it might be a bit of a waste]

I was not able to review every week, so... I would like to use it on someone who seems likely to have a role, if it is available to me again, but who has not yet been confirmed.

Was there anyone that you and Sanji had discussed checking in the future...?

Wei Wuxian was next on Sanji's list. He mentioned trying Natalie, too.

...truthfully, part of me wants to check Dimitri. If he has some kind of a role, and I would not have to keep secrets from him... that would be wonderful.
