['sup Flayn!! sometime on Friday Akira is searching for her, and when he finds her it the farmlands, he just casually moonwalks up to where she's harvesting vegetables]
[well, hello there, akira. flayn seems pretty invested in what she's doing, but she is at least moving slowly and trying not to aggravate her side too much... ah, well.]
Hello, Akira. [...moonwalking... she looks him over. a curfew effect, perhaps? hm.] ...are you holding up okay?
I am fine. [other than, uh, harvesting. she doesn't stop, even as she speaks with him.] My injuries have been treated - I shall simply have to be more careful.
[except she won't be
because my goal is to reopen this wound once a week]
[it's curry time!! which of course means they're in the kitchen, because where else would you make curry in camp? (...well, they could take a page out of a shoujo manga and do it at a campfire a la class camping trips, i guess.)
[it's some point lateish on wednesday! definitely after they're all back from wedding adventures. wherever akira happens to be, when flayn comes across him, she'll call out.]
Excuse me, but could I have a moment of your time?
Well... I heard from someone that you received a note last week, indicating that you were on the right track about something. I was wondering - did you ever discover who it was that sent it to you?
[he immediately straightens, nodding as he pulls the note out of his pocket, flashing her the front where the message is written. it says You're on the right track, and there are blobs of bunnies hopping underneath the writing!]
[I may have been too busy playing fe3h yesterday to respond to break-ins but AKIRA SAW THEM. HE DID!! and he gives Flayn some time to get her wounds treated before he pays snail cabin a visit, sliding up to the door and gently knocking on it]
[she's in there... Akira will hear the creaking of a bunk mattress and then footsteps as she comes up to answer the door. She's wearing clothes that are not bloody (thank goodness), and has conceivably been bandaged.
The only major issue right now is her face wound, which she's holding a towel over. Said towel is soaked with green blood.]
...it is getting close to curfew, Akira - is it okay for you to be here?
[he can't really see her expression because towel but from her tone of voice he can probably imagine it's one of concern]
[Sanji's loss hits especially hard this week, and once Akira is done gathering his information, he seeks out Flayn to the best of his ability. it's not a surprise that he finds her in the garden, and when he does so, he just. . . casually. . . tap dances up to her side]
[SORRY FLAYN THIS SUCKS]
[he stays silent as he stands next to her, seeking out the words]
she's staring at the flowers, but it doesn't look like she's seeing them at all. her eyes are bloodshot, and her face is a mess - even more of a mess than one would expect, what with the scar.
it's hard not to notice akira approaching, the way he's moving - but she only looks at him briefly before her gaze drops back down to the ground.]
...the forest again?
[thaht seems to be where all the dancing happens.]
[oh, Flayn. . . she looks at him briefly, but it's long enough for him to get a flash of her grieving expression. so he crouches next to her, his own gaze focused on the flowers]
[he gives Flayn a bit of space to deal with the revelations that came from Yasusada after the trial. but after a bit of time has passed? he seeks her out again]
[and he finds her at the stables, greeting her with a nod of his head]
[hello akira! wherever he's at, flayn will eventually come to find him. these injuries are nothing to shake a stick at, but she's pretty mobile because poison isn't an injury so all she really has to deal with is bruises from when she had bad coordination due to being poisoned!]
[meanwhile Akira is missing a leg!! haha. . . oops. but she can find him hobbling his way back to the chipmunk cabin after breakfast, though he stops as soon as he hears his name]
Flayn!
[he had actually wanted to talk to her yesterday, after what had happened with Yasusada. but. . . after all of the commotion, he also hadn't wanted to crowd her]
[now that she's seeking him out, he hops towards her, concern etched into his features]
AKIRA WHY ARE YOU HOPPING. her expression becomes pained, and luckily there's no emotion cooties this week, so! she heads right over, takes his arm, and puts it around her shoulders so she can steady him.
luckily, she's short, so! she makes a pretty good crutch!]
week one, friday!!
[yes. I said moonwalk. don't ask]

Good morning, Akira!

Oh-- good morning, Flayn.
[and he gives her a nod in greeting before immediately going for. . . DUN DUN DUN. THE COFFEE!! wait what about the curry??]
I hope you don't mind if I caffeinate myself before we begin.
no subject
[she's more a tea girl, herself, but she won't judge.]
Have you had coffee with Purple Heart? They seem to enjoy it.
no subject
I know they do, though I haven't shared a cup with them yet. I should put it on my to-do list.

It's okay. I don't plan on staying long.
[he smiles at her, the expression lopsided]
Do you need someone to help you bandage that wound--?
[OR LIKE. STITCH IT UP??]
no subject
...that might help. I brought bandages, but I...
[well.
treating your own face wounds is, uh, hard.]
