Hasn't Dick been the one treating the most wounds here? [ including flayn's, if he recalls. ] He wouldn't be a bad choice for it, either. But it depends on who's willing to do that sort of dirty work.
You should say so at the trial, then. There'll be plenty of work, even if someone else handles his body. You'll have something to do, one way or another.
