There is certainly merit in verifying our injuries, but to look too soon could be equally risky. The footprints we found... once we discovered that there was a small number of us that could fit them, I do not think suspicion really left members of that group. If we become suspicious of someone too early, it could prevent us from identifying the true culprit.

No, you're right on that much. Lili had asked if I wanted an injury check early on. I gave her the same reasoning.
With the powers we all presumably have, though, I can't help but wonder if we need to be a little more suspicious from the start. Not just with injuries, either.

It's a long shot, but now that the trial's over... we can't exactly go and retrace our steps. But if we can prevent that kind of mistake later, then we might as well try.
Sort of. We could ask for requests and special items in exchange for different tasks. I don't know if the Directors have that kind of flexibility, but the worst that can happen is that they say no.
I suppose that is true... or perhaps more things might appear in the camp store from time to time. That seems to be the purpose of the vouchers and the tasks we are assigned each week.

No, we didn't. Those that died were able to write us letters which we could respond to, but otherwise we had no idea of knowing where they were or what they were doing.
They were able to figure out some things going on behind the scenes before the living caught on, though. So we definitely shouldn't ignore the ones who are becoming victims here.
Considering their limited writing space on those cards, they probably have to be careful about what they choose to say.
It is a good sign that they are able to communicate with us in some way. I do not believe that anyone intends to ignore anyone who has been killed, Guy.
If anything, we shall all be paying close attention to their insights.
