[room pcs! i actually don't know how to swing flayn inviting a dude she's never met back to her room, so. she's going to encounter him in the hallway first, near his door.]
Hmm... it would be easier to show you, actually. Come along.
[onward! she'll unlock her room and lead him in.
the aesthetic is sort of a cross between that of a student at garreg mach and a fantasy chinese style room, with a bed more in the chinese style and the desk more like the one at garreg mach. the room seems to be lit by candlelight, and there are some plants on the desk and on some of the shelves on the walls - forget-me-nots, lavender, and so on... but closer inspection shows that they are fake plants, just for aesthetic purposes. overall, it gives off a very cozy, homey feeling.]
[Behold his cave of a room. There does not seem to be a bed, but there's a whole lot of seating.
It's a fully stone room. One you might be able to find at the very back of a cave, cool and dark. At the edge of a room is a river that glows pale blue constantly. Stalactites and stalagmites line the river, but there are some rock formations that are more suited to lounging. Unassuming rocks are littered on the ground, some already shattered, revealing blue jewels.
There's a large, patterned rug in the middle of the room, and above that a fancy chandelier. The walls of the room make some natural shelving, where a small amount of plant life grows. A dark wood wardrobe resides against the left wall, on top of another large area rug. Beside that, a desk paired with a black sumptuous leather office chair. Atop the desk is a simple jewelry box.
Against the opposite wall is an L shaped sectional in black leather, with one of the backs turned towards the river. Directly across from this couch is an arm chair made of the same material. Every couch comes equipped with soft, comfortable pillows. Between the two is a dark black coffee table. At an angle and a few feet away is an another large sofa, angled to see everyone else in the seating area.
There's just a lot of seating in this room. In every free corner, there's another L shaped sectional, with a big, warm blanket tossed over the back of them. ]
flayn does not seem to realize that one of them is a pull-out couch, and furrows her brow a little as she looks around the room. the pull-out couch, which would functionally be his bed (so if we ever say xyz is under his bed or something, that's where), is pretty well-disguised!
weekend zero, sunday

I see... how nice. Did you have a chandelier in your room where you were back in your homeland?
