Mm, I've heard some people say they think it's random, and others say maybe it isn't. I think it's just too early to say... but it might be that the people who say it isn't are just seeing patterns where there aren't any.

...I agree that it may be too early to say. Perhaps as we learn more about who has which title, it will become easier to find a pattern, if there is one.

If there is one... and if it's important. If it isn't, we will be spending quite a bit of time on nothing, after all.
