I suppose so. We do not know for sure... even when we heard the results, the voice never confirmed or denied the guilt of the person we voted for.
The evidence had pointed at them, but...

However, it was only two trials. I suppose if we are looking strictly at the numbers, we allowed more killers to escape than we caught.
