... Who can say, with such a limited amount of data.
It could mean a number of things. It could simply be an indicator that you've killed, here, though I'd presume you tried finding someone else who's had to share that responsibility and asked them first.
It could also relate to those numbers we keep seeing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you are one of the last three remaining from where you came, are you not?
...hmm... well, I must confess that there are not many things I know. And the ones I do know, I do not always understand. [...] Is there something that you know that I do not?
[if redacted means kill that ship has already sailed she executed yams!!!]
Well, there is only one way to find out, is there not? On the count of three, we blurt out something we know that we think the other does not. How does that sound?
[ i don't know a damn thing about what happened last week's trial britt, weeps ]
Don't misunderstand; this isn't a criticism against you specifically. We're collectively guilty of this as a group, and we're all too easily distracted, which obviously dovetails quite well with the intent of this game.
All the same. Asch's theory, while convenient, doesn't hold up, considering it seems Zenitsu's killer at least was prepared to deal with his ability.
[there was a shoe that literally only fit her or shinobu and everyone was just like "eh. it's shinobu's." and she's been quietly dying inside about no one even suspecting her ever since.
anyway, asch tried and therefore no one should criticize him.]
...ah. [flayn is stupid; she had not even considered that.] That is true... But who could have known about his power? I was not under the impression that he talked about it much.
Lili does have a way of prying people's secrets out of them...
[or maybe people just naturally want to talk to her? it's wild. flayn can't say she's totally immune to it, either.]
No, I imagine they would not - or perhaps could not. As we saw, it is impossible for whomever did it to confess... Without some way of confirming their guilt through alternative means, we may never know.
[ lili's convenient probably when you want to offload plot and don't want it coming back to you. nosy busybodies like her and akira are, nods. ]
Simply admitting to knowing isn't the same as an admission of guilt. Though I suppose it depends on how strict that rule against confessions is, and what it judges as appearing suspicious versus not doing so.
To be quite honest, I do not think I will ever understand whatever force is preventing people from admitting what they have done. Actions ought to have consequences - it is abhorrent that people are being prevented from facing them, even when they may want to.
Isn't it obvious? They're prevented from confessing because there isn't a game if they do. Without a confession, there's always room for that small, faintest bit of doubt that can fester and be the catalyst for even more trouble the next time around, exactly the show our mysterious pink voice has been looking for.
And if we don't play along for now, all of us, then everything is forfeit.
[ it's shitty, and her smile's sharp, but that's how it be. ]
